Founded in 1939 with a commitment to quality

Three generations of family have worked to produce the finest sweaters, jackets and textiles available.

Dedicated to the manufacturing of high quality garments, we adopted the brand name "Skookum", an Indian term meaning "the best" or "the ultimate". This was the standard set in 1939 and still lived up to today.

We haven't changed much over the years. You can still get the same high quality, hand-crafted style that existed so many years ago.
